Good Faith Estimate

At Griz Chiropractic Sports & Wellness, we believe in transparency and want our patients to feel confident about the cost of their care.

Under federal law, known as the No Surprises Act, you have the right to receive a “Good Faith Estimate” explaining how much your medical and chiropractic care is expected to cost.

Your Rights

  • You have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate for the total expected costs of any non-emergency items or services.
  • This includes costs related to chiropractic adjustments, wellness visits, therapeutic exercises, and other treatments we provide.
  • You should receive your Good Faith Estimate in writing at least one business day before your scheduled service.
  • If you receive a bill that is $400 or more above your Good Faith Estimate, you can dispute the bill.

What to Expect

  • The Good Faith Estimate will include a breakdown of the services recommended for your care plan and the estimated costs.
  • Actual costs may vary if your treatment plan changes based on your health needs.
  • This estimate is not a guarantee of final charges but serves as a guideline so you know what to expect.

Dispute Resolution

If your bill is at least $400 more than your Good Faith Estimate, you have the right to dispute the charges:

  • You may first contact us directly to review and discuss your bill.
  • You can also start a formal dispute resolution process with the U.S. Department of Health & Human Services (HHS).
